The Ford Falcon has come a long way in the last 2 weeks. The car has been partially stripped and the underside has been media blasted and etch primed. It then went in the body shop where we’ve welded up a few holes, seam sealed it, epoxy primed and painted in Wimbledon White. Next up is to rebuild the axle and suspension.
Our good friend Julian Balme brought his Ford Falcon race car up for a refresh. The car has not raced in a couple of years and it needs a little TLC before it heads back out on track later this season. The underside of the car needs painting and the suspension needs rebuilding with new bushes and ball joints. Julian raced this Falcon at the first ever Goodwood Revival 20 years ago.
