Darryl Davis left us with his new toy. For those who haven’t seen one before it is a Standard Pennant. The little brother to the Vanguard. At some point in the future Darryl plans to line it up on the grid for the HRDC “Touring Greats”. In the meantime its been down to us to fabricate a custom roll cage.
Just come into the CCK workshop is this very rare Studebaker President. As well as the streamlined 1950’s American bodywork this car features a 4.7l V8 engine. We think this would make an ideal Touring Greats race car, it’s totally unique and with 4.7 litres of V8 should move fairly well also. We can see this running in the HRDC, Goodwood Revival or Carrera Panamericana. Contact us for more details or check out the HRDC blog.
