The mysterious Jim Lee Racing Mantis FF1600 chassis has now been successfully repaired. Someone had cut the back of the chassis of for an engine conversion that never happened. We’ve managed to reverse engineer it and recreate what was missing.

We’ve been given the task of repairing the back end of a rare 1980’s Formula Ford chassis. Very little information seems to be available but we know it to be a Mantis FF1600 chassis built by Jim Lee Racing.
