On July 28th the HRDC is taking over Donington Park for 1 full day of supreme historic motor racing. With no less than 6 races scheduled it is set to be one of 2012’s unmissable events. Whether you’re a racer or a spectator there will be plenty of action from a wide range of historic vehicles. ‘Touring Greats’ (pre ’60 touring cars) and GTS65 (pre ’66 GT cars over 1500cc) have been extended to 1 hour along with a new race for the HRDC ‘TC65’ for pre ’66 touring cars. ‘Grand Touring Greats’ (pre ’66 GT cars under 1500cc), ‘TC63’ (pre ’64 touring cars) and ‘MGB50’ (FIA MGB’s and now open to historically interesting MG’s) will run their usual 30 minutes. As a spectator you will not find better value historic motor racing with tickets on the gate priced at only £15 for the day. Click here for more information.
