In for some clutch and column change shift linkage setup. I don’t know that I have ever seen a Hillman Minx of this age before. We quite like it.

I had an Austin Big Seven 1938 until recently number CSV366. I thought the Hillman Minx was post WW2 by some years. A recent Austin 7 Run starting from Wadhurst was joined by a Convertible Minx. Rare but still a few around.

The Minx Mark 1-8 was made from 1945 to 1957, when it was then replaced by the Minx Series.
The Mk 8 Minx had the 1390cc engine which then went in to the Series 1 & 2 Minx.
