Porsche 944 recommission/track day prep

Over the last couple of weeks we’ve been working on our old Porsche 944. There was a small amount of damage on the body work so we decided to get it in the workshop and repair it. It was decided that we would give the car a fresh coat of paint and while we were at it we would fit a scoop to the bonnet and cut a GT style grille in the badge panel. The wheels went off for a fresh coat of paint and a new set of Toyo tyres were ordered. The next stage of the build will see the rear seat removed and a roll cage fitted. We think that the 2.5litre front engined, rear drive GT car will make the perfect track day and driver tuition car. You can’t deny that it looks cracking now.

1966 MGB roadster on the rolling road

Mark Weaver’s recently purchased MGB roadster came in for a setup on the rolling road and a general inspection with track driving in mind. This early example looks very tidy in British racing green with white hard top. Look out for this one on track soon.
