This tidy Alfa Romeo 2000 GTV came in needing a differential rebuild and new head gasket and a rolling road tune. The car is super clean and has been recently prepped for racing including a roll cage, racing seat, extinguisher system, tow straps and electronic isolator.
Sprint/hillclimb MG gets some major upgrades
This MG Midget is in for some extensive upgrades. The engine is out for a refresh along with a hotter cam and some head work. Along with some other preparation work the gearbox is being rebuilt with one of our Quaife dog engagement gear sets and an LSD will be installed in the axle. This tidy example is built around a very good body shell and with the new improvements should prove to be very competitive.
SS1800 prepared for 75th Members Meeting at Goodwood
Along with 6 other cars we’ve been preparing Shaun Rainford’s Lenham GT “SS1800”. The car has not been raced in a couple of years so we’ve had our work cut out. We’ve been through every nut and bolt, the engine has been rebuilt, and yesterday it spent some time on the rolling road. Shaun will be competing in the Weslake Cup at the 75th Members Meeting.

Lotus Europa repaired and serviced
This Gold Leaf Lotus Europa is used for sprinting and hill climbing as well as road driving by our customer Martin Leach. The car needed some work ahead of a planned trip down to Classic Le Mans. A front end repair following a touch with the armco and a thorough service. We also fitted a dry cell battery and relocated it to the front of the car.
